She was our realtor when we sold and bought a home before and was great, therefore it was a no brainer to call on her expertise again with our recent build and sell of our old home. She is always so positive, which is needed while building a home from ground up. Hopefully this is our last move, but if something changes we will definitely be our go to agent. Shelly Hayward has been our realtor twice. She sold us a rental property in 2014 that we made into our home. We enjoyed making that house a home over the next 4+ years. 2018 we asked her to be our realtor again to get us the next house. We are in the process of closing/selling on our first little home. Shelly did not have an easy job with us being her clients in this crazy buy new/sell current, but she went to bat for us on many things.
